Hi Carey, It was nice to see you again as well. Thank you for your kind words. Who ever thought anyone would call me tiny and mean it lol. I enjoyed the seminar last night. I went to my p.c.p. and asked her for a referal to see Dr. Dinick, but she told me he wasn't in the system, and instead referred me to a Dr. Bazzi. GRRR! All she put in the letter she wrote is verbatem: "50 y/o female s/p gastric bypass desires body contouring/removal of pannus" Granted I don't know much about this part of the journey, but it just doesn't seem right to me. What do you think? I really do want to go with Dr.Dinick. Maybe I should just call my insurance co. myself. Thank you Carey. God bless, Annette

Hi Paul! That's too funny - don't you hate when that happens! I knew your name. As soon as I saw it on the sign in sheet - I knew. I had no idea you would be there. Thank you for the compliment! I'm really glad you enjoyed the presentation. It was really nice being able to meet you. This is what I think is so great about my job, I meet all kinds of wonderful people. Annette It was great to meet you and Carey as well. Thanks for the compliment! I am just planning on having my TT done with Dr. Hendrick. As I joked in the meeting he is my God. I am in the appeal process right now, I am on my third appeal and it went to DH's employer this time so I can only hope it goes through soon. Time will only tell. Are you going to meet with Dr. DiNick? What are you planning on having done? Suzanne

Hi Suzanne, Sorry I spelled your name wrong. I hope you get your approval soon. I really want to meet with Dr. Dinick, but my P.C.P. is sending me to someone else. After losing 216 pounds I have a lot of extra skin everywhere (Learned to hide it pretty good). I need everything from my face/neck down to my thighs niped, tucked, lifted and put back where it belongs LOL. I hope my insurance will pay a good chunk of it. Best wishes to you. Take care. Dont worry about the name. I get called all variations of my name. That is to bad that your PCP did not send you to DiNick. Is there a way you can fight to get to see him directly instead of the other Dr. I have some skin that needs to be removed from my thighs. I hate that area the most. I have learned to deal with my arms. And thank goodness my neck went back to where it was suppose to be! I am blessed in that area because of my age I have been told. Who knows I am just glad I don't need to get it fixed. I wish I could have chatted more. I go to that meeting every month and I have buddies there I like to catch up with. Suzanne
