Evening / Weekend Appointments Anywhere?

Does anyone know of a BAriatric surgery program in the metro detroit area that can accomodate evening or weekend appointments? I've looked into Royal Oak Beaumont and they don't... I'm currently checking into Barix in Ypsilanti, but haven't heard back yet, so I thought I'd see what other options folks might know about...
