I DARE YOU TO ANSWER THIS QUESTION!
Yesterday, I had the following:
BREAKFAST - 1 pkg of Quaker weight control oatmeal with a scoop of unflavored soy powder and fresh blueberries (this has become my FAVORITE breakfast as of late)
LUNCH - about 5 BBQ wings
DINNER - 2 1/2 chicken strips and a couple bites of broccoli
I also had some Thin Mint cookies...LOL...a couple here and there...dang Girl Scout cookies!

l- tossed salad with egg, ff italin dressing
d- broiled orange roughy with green beans, 2 tbs garlic mashed potatoes
late night wish snack--- girl scout tag-a-long cookie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
