I Just gained some weight i don,t know what I,m doing wrong! am I eating to meny carbs I just wonder if anybody had that broblem I don,t want to gain any more thankyou Mary jo

If you are working out, exercising, you are most likely building Muscle mass, which weighs more than fat, and causes the scale to up. See if you can locate a body composition analyzer that shows you BMI, Fat mass, Fat percentage etc., to gauge your weight by not a typical scale that shows your weight. Those scales are misleading because you could be gaining muscle like I said, but not gaining fat. Which is what we want. Gain muscle. If you are not working out or exercising, perhaps start, or, increase what you are doing a step up. Hope this helps! Stacey W

HI MARY JO...TRY CUTTING BACK ON THE CARBS AND DOING MORE PROTEIN AND WATER.....I KNOW ITS HARD FOR YOU TO GET WALKING AND ALL BUT WHATEVER YOU CAN DO FOR EXERCISE TRY TO GET THAT IN ALSO...EVEN IF ITS FIVE MINUTES AT A TIME SEVERAL TIMES A DAY....NEED TO MOVE TO LOSE...MAYBE TRY A FEW EXTRA SEE IF THAT HELPS YOU.
