vacation and I lost

back from a great vacation in Puerto Vallarta------------Oh my the weather was perfect! What a blessing from all the snow and cold. I lost a pound while I was gone and lost 4 more after I got home. I am down 75 pounds and I will be 6 months out on the 12th. I have only 23 more pounds to hit my goal of 160 It still is almost to good to believe but my body is healthy and that was my main goal. Went for my yearly and my cholerstal was 260 in July of last year and it is down to 150 now. My doctor was so pleased. I feel so good, my joints dont hurt my feet dont hurt and all my 16 are getting baggie Have been fighting a little of the depressing but I think the weather has alot to do with that I am ready for spring. I truely thank God for this surgery. Keep getting healthy Ann Sonnenberg
