Had sleep study done !

OH my ! Did anyone actually sleep during that test ? Actually all the wires on my head, chest and legs weren't the worse part.... that darn thing taped across my face that had things that touched my nose and my mouth drove me crazy ! Not to mention it was in a mobile unit so I could hear the wind (very windy) and the lady talking on the phone .... oh well, it's over. She said she can't say for sure if I will need a cpap, if I did have sleep apnea it was very mild. Guess thats good news !? !? Now I just wait, impatiently........LOL ~~Rona

Hi Rona, They gave me a sleeping pill. I still only slept about 3 hrs. I hope to never do that again. Nan

Hi Rona, Yes that is VERY good news. That is one less complication you will have to worry about. I can honestly say if all of that stuff was attached to me I would NEVER have slept. I'll bet you are glad it's over.
