off to bed...wow my schedule is so screwed up
HELP it's my bedtime..any one have any suggestions on WLS dieting before and after when your schedule is so messed up? I sleep from 10 am til 2 pm usually then up til
6 pm and back to bed until 10 pm and up until at 2 or 3 am, or I'll stay up until 10 am, because on Tuesday's and Friday's I have aqua aerobics at 8 am and don't get home until 10.
