Hey Everyone, Yes I am once again feeling human!! LOL. I can eat and drink woo hoo. Then today I went to the sale at our local Lane Bryant's. I thought I would buy the size 16 because I would possibly be there soon RIGHT? Well I tried it on and it fit (a 14-16) woooo hooo. I had been as high as a 24! I began losing even before my surgery; it began in mid Dec. right after doc said I was diabetic. That was my turning point; no more pop, junk food; and watch all I ate for health! I am now 45 lbs. lighter. Still I lost most of that before surgery (27 lbs of it); I am still waiting for my WLS losing to kick in! I hadn't been able to eat or do my protein, so I think that slowed my process I believe. One day at a time; and maybe there is light at the end of the tunnel!! Guess I won't be shopping at Lane Brayant much longer.. LOL Still hanging in there for the long run.. Sincerely, Judy R.

Yea for you Judy--i am so glad you have had such a good day.........things will all get better from here..........keep doing what the doc and nut say to do for your nutrution etc. remember your body has had some real shocks--so it needs to get itself into a safe mode to lose etc........so just dont worry so much about losing......just get it fed right so that it knows its nutrition is going to come consistently and at a high quality---that ole pouch will begin ehlping you lose for the long haul! take care of yourself..and again i am so glad you are feeling better! hug rae
