Protein shakes and drinks...HELP

I like the Syntrax Nectar protein powder myself. They have many different flavors, and the more popular ones can be found at The Vitamin Shoppe. It has 23 gram protein and I believe 0 grams sugar. It only has 90 calories per serving.

I go to bettermd.net they have a food and drink variety pack and you don't have to register or pay for their diet plan. You can even call an 800 # for help and buyin if you don't want to do it on line. GREAT Juice type drinks, sf & ff bars (brownies yummy) Mine have no carb or sugar.
