did she do it? Did she actually get her buns out of bed again and workout????? I am happy to say, YES!!!!! I'm so proud of myself. I know you all were just wondering - But let me tell you, of course I never do anything easy. I decided that I should jump right into doing TAE BO!!!! What was I thinking??? OMG - I was dying!!! Haven't worked out in 8 months and I felt the need to really toruture myself. But I do have to say - I did a lot better than I thought I would. So I've decided that I am going to master that workout if it kills me! I'll beable to kick some serious booty as well when I master it!!! Hubby better not get lippy! Won't beable to workout Saturday because it is a very long workday for me. But Sunday will be back to business! Thanks for the encouragment guys! You really are the best! Carey

Ok Carey, if you can do it so can I ~UGH. I'm on my way right now. First the eliptical (sp?) sit ups, jumpinging jacks, jump rope, toe touches etc. What's wrong with me ~I like exercise ~It makes me feel good ~It gives me energy, ~It can be fun, I'm really on my way. Way To Go! I know the whole workout thing is horrible. I have done it a few times this week and I even walked to my moms house (about 2.5 miles)....of course she had to drive me home. LOL Keep it up though. I am here with you and we can do this!!! Stacey B

Thanks Stacey! I'm really determined to get back in the groove! I remember in the beginning - everything revolved around my workout schedule. For two years I was like that! I want to go back to it. Yeah!!! for you!!! Booooo for me....LOL. It is 1am and I have been on this computer doing research sense 7am. How ridiculous is that. I am so ashamed and needless to say very achy from sitting to long. I stop long enough to go potty and to nourish myself. But before I go to bed I will get do and at least do some yoga, I know I will feel better. Thanks for reminding us keep it up. I just wish I would have come over here sooner. TTYL----Toni

Great job :clap Keep up the great workout . I find I get one or two days in and then I get to busy . I think we do have to put ourselves first or we will be back where we started . Maybe I'll start doing my exercise here at home and not as much at the gym its just getting there thats hard for me .Keep kicking & know were all here for you . God Bless Sue
