Plateau buster

Has anyone tried the plateau buster? Rule #5 says if it's not on the list, you can't have it. Can I really not even add like mustard to the beef? Do I have to eat the chicken plain? Marie

If you go to Stacy C.'s post from 3/16, "Butt kicking needed," it's posted there. It's the same plateau buster I've seen posted here several times.
