Any one here thats having surgery with Dr. Obied this week?

Hello all I just got a bad phone call from a P.A. at Hurley. She told me that Dr. Obeid will not be preforming any surgeries this week as he had a family emergency. So anyone who was supposed to have there surgery this week as I was (19th) will be pushed bac****il later notice. They will call us from the bariatric Center on Monday with instructions. Yea another week or so on liquid diet from better MD. Good luck to you all who are waiting and say a prayer for the Dr. Scott

Hey Scott! That's too bad. But it will come. You already have your approval and have done everything - you just need the new date. Things happen for a reason. Hey - wanted to tell you that I took a quick look at your profile. You have a son named Payton - I have a daughter named Payton - she will be 13 this June (or should I say 21!). I don't come across that name very often. I remember when she was first born and people would ask her name & I would get the funniest looks. Everyone thinks it's from the movie The hand that rocks the cradle - but it's not. My mom thought of it - and I liked it. Well, just wanted to tell you to hang in there. It's coming - don't worry!
