OT: Crazy Mom!

Ok my daughter is 16! Are we sure it is illegal to lock your kids up in the freezer for a few more years?

If you find a legal loop hole that will allow it, I've got a 17 year old son who I'd me more then willing to lock away for a few years!!!!!! Oh how can I RELATE!!!!! Laurie

haha! Yes, it is still illegal :>) However, mine is on the other side of 25 now, so it does pass ~ eventually! And I should say, mine is a boy...well, a man now, but I swear, absed on what I saw with my friends kids, girls are definitely harder! Good luck! Donna

OHHHH Wendy, All I can say is hold on to your hat. Pick your battles wisely, give them an inch, but hold on to that leash. I raise 3 count'em 3 daughters and I also have a step daughter. So needless to say why I was over weight....LOL. j/k, Anyway, if you remember they need a mom and not another friend, they only have one mom but tons of friends, there is plenty of time to be buds later, not saying you can't have a good relationship, but you have to be mom first. They will hate you now but I promise if you love them and give them structure, someday she WILL call you and say, now I understand why.... and that is sooo worth all of the hard work.
