Sugar free popsicles?
I only did the Popsicle brand pops because they were about the only brand I could find two years ago that were sweetened with Splenda (aspertame gives me raging headaches). They are in yellow boxes. I buy them at Meijer's. The SF popsicles were a life saver to me. I was very nauseous and those were the about the only things I could eat that would soothe my stomach. Early on, they really helped me get fluids in. I also ate the creamsicles and fudgesicles. I don't really remember what time frame I ate them in, but I ate them fairly early out...probaby 2 or 3 weeks.
I've seen the popsicle brand pops at wal mart and the local grocery store, here in Chelsea. So, I would think they are pretty readily available.
Yes, They have an all natural no sugar added, frutose is the natural sugar you would find in any fruit or juice, but if it says corn syrup, then yes you definately want to stay away from it. Just as long as it says no sugar added you are ok. The popsicle brand sf is just to sweet and artifical tasting to me. JMHO. Everyones taste buds are different. Well if you have kids at home if you don't like one kind or another, most kids will eat anything....LOL. Toni
Clear liquids are defined as anything you can see through. Jello, broth, popsicles, water, and the like. The creamsicles and fudgesicles can be added when you get on "full liquids" and purees. I don't have a Meijer out here but I find my sugar free frozen treats at most grocery stores, usually at one end or the other of the ice cream aisle. They always keep the sugar free, low carb, blah blah blah stuff seperate from the rest, so it's usually on the end.
