5 1/4 inches - Woo Hoo

That's what my body lost in the past week. I have been on a stall for about 2 1/2 weeks (no weight loss, no inches) I think because of all the stress but I'm finally moving again. I lost 2 inches in the waist and 2 inches in my hips. Yahoo! I bought some pants at the local boutique last weekend. I got them for $10 instead of the $44 they wanted. Oh, they were also regular size 12!!!! and they didn't have an elastic waist. I can't remember ever being a size 12. I have now gone down 9 clothing sizes in 9 months. Yep, I'm bragging again but I can't help it. I think Larry rubs off on me, lol. The only problem is, I can't see it in the mirror. I'm still seeing myself as when I lost the first 50 lbs. I sure wish my brain would catch up to my body. _________________

Aww that is great.....size 12's hmmmmm been along time for me too.....LMAO....Brag away you deserve it.....I hope your brain caughts up with your body soon. I know that feeling...But mine is the other way around. I don't see this body.. and I feel like my brain and soul has been put in the wrong body... Funny how life is...But BRAG AWAY

Congrats! You know, I don't know if our brains ever catch up with our bodies. I'm what, 6 years post-op, and I still honestly couldn't tell you what I look like. I think I still look like I weigh 260 pounds. Enough of that. I don't ever get that lucky to find $10 pants, lol. That was a find.
