Okay am I being a pain...

Yesterday the lady called the schedule my surgery but she said I need a copy of the sleep results. So I called them and asked them to fax them over. I left it alone hoping she'd call me back to schedule but she never did. So do I be a pain and call again today to make sure got the paperwork? or do I give it a couple days? I am just so anxious to have a date but I don't want to be a pain in the butt either.

You are buying what they are selling, so you have the ball in your court. As long as you're nice about it, keep asking for updates.

Hey Rona, Have you ever heard the squeaky wheel gets the oil!!! You are not a pain, you are the reason they are there; you are the client, the paycheck! There are ways to do things nicely as well. I was your so called pain, I did not let anything get faxed I took it in myself! I made many friendly phone calls with sweeter than honey ?'s. I did all I could to be accomidating; but I also let them know I you call again and again.
