I agree with Cynthia - she should check with her nutritionist. That is just the diet I saw posted from someone else. I just happen to see it and when someone was asking for it I copied it for her.

I didn't read all the replies, I hope I'm not being redundant. Before you go for the whole plateau diet, see if your body isn't taking a break to change shape. If your measurements haven't changed and all your clothes fit exactly the same way, I will offer something that has worked for me. I got it off this very board, maybe from KP. Up your water intake (not coffee, as much plain water as you can stand), up your protein by at least 20 grams, and up your caloric intake a bit, but not with french fries (ah well).
Sometimes the loss slows down because the body is trying to go into starvation mode and holding onto every calorie it can. When it gets more, it relaxes and goes back to losing.
