I don't think this would apply to most of us but I thought I would post this just in case anyone is interested. A stripper with the stage name "Chesty Love" decided to get breast implants to make her a size 56-FF. A Tax Court judge allowed Chesty to write off the cost of her operation, equating her new, um, assets to a stage prop. Alas, the operation proved to be a problem for Chesty. She later tripped and ruptured one of her implants. Holly W

LOL....Yea They are a business ASSet....LOL. Seriously though, I thought about checking into that just because you can write off Dr. supervise weight loss programs including, wls. So anyone who is paying out of pocket needs to get and keep the info so they can claim it. Hey how do you like the game? I have been meaning to ask you. Let me know. talk to you soon.----Toni

I wonder if it would be considered part of the WLS program? Probably not the breast implants but maybe a TT? Hmm! Interesting! If anyone does know please post. I haven't had much time to play it so I'm only on chapter 1 but so far I really like it. It's very intriguing. My daughter is on chapter 2 and she loves it too. I am gonna go play it now. I figured with the storm maybe there will another level of spookiness there. Holly W

the cost of a tummy tuck is tax deduxtable, if you are having it after loosing a large amount of weight. It is subject to the 7.5 % floor as is all medial. The mileage to and from dr's appts is also a medical deduction. Katie
