2 weeks to go!

I just got my date on Monday. I am soooo excited! It felt like I'd been waiting forever, even though it was just over 2 months, a relatively short time compared to others' waits. My pre-op is on Tuesday, March 27 and surgery is on April 4. Guess what?! I am having surgery on the same day, at the same place, with the same doctor as Crystal! LOL how cool is that? Does Barix in Ypsilanti have semiprivate rooms? Crystal and I could share a room Today I was a bit emotional. As an example: On my way home from work there was a semi with a car carrier that was stuck on a corner. He couldn't complete his turn without knocking over a lamp post and he couldn't back up to correct it because there was too much traffic. After I saw this I got all teary-eyed. What's up with that?!? I'm glad I made the decision to do this though, and glad I found everyone here at OH.

I can't do anything in that forum. Anything that is a link in the blue box on the left gives me an error. I've reported a bunch of those, so hopefully whatever it is will get fixed soon!

Hi Tonya!! This is so exciting! There will be 4 of us from OH getting surgery with Dr. Kam back-to-back! Maybe we can get adjoining rooms and have a little party! LOL I am chomping at the bit too. It didn't seem like it was really going to happen until I got my date. Now I'm scared, happy, nervous, etc. Where are you from?
