I do not have to do a liquid diet..Only day before...But I am trying to get really for only liquids and small sips..I am getting alot of protein in right now and drinking all of my water.....

hi elisa..i am still in the being ok'd for surgery phase. should know by the end of next week. so i am gonna try to stay in touch with you. if approved i should be havin surgery within a month in Detroit. this sight is so much easier to use than the chat room. that moves too fast for me..also i found some use it like a telephone. nothing i have see about weight loss or surgery. good luck to you. gonna be a long road ahead for all of us new ones..
