Very upset !!

I would ask for an appointment with their counselor and have a talk with him. This surgery is for your health. Your marriage is a part of the recovery but not the most important part. I think if the counselor passes you for surgery that the doctor will go ahead and do it. I don't understand the nutritionist being able to stop a surgery because of marriage problems.
