Wow I have gained weight and I am so upset and angry. Yes I have eaten some wrong things, but I did not go thru this to gain weight. I am very upset and don't want to go back to the dr until I lose this weight plus more. Help!!!!!!!!!! Going on vacation too and want to lose 35 pounds fast. Can anyone recommend a good tasting high protein shake. Pray for me.

Joan, I don't know if you are pre or post op but, but it surely can be frustrating either way. I would recommend going to Vitamin Shoppe if you have one near you an getting thier brand (blue jug) with splenda or with out. I like all the flavors but cdhocolate is my favorite. I will keep you in prayer.

Its actually called Whey Tech (it comes in a blue plastic container). Depending on the size you buy it runs anywhere from $13 to $30. There is 17 grams oof protien in one scoop of it. I mix it with milk which gives me more protien. They also make one with 24-25 grams of protien. Your body can't absorb any more than that at one time. Good Luck!

Hey Joan, Don't hurt your health trying to take it off to fast! Yes , a great protein shake at GNC is 50 grand slam! I add milk to it because I think it is to thick; and you should only drink about half at a time because you can't absorb it all at once. Vacation is a great insentive to lose weight!
