Well, since losing 167 lbs- I now have to have hip surgery. I have a labral tear and need surgery. Doc said I must of tore it when I was Overweight and now that I have lost all my weight I feel it now. When I walk my hip bone rub together making a click as I walk..and hurts. At end of the day I am in so much pain. So APril 10 is my hip surgery I should be off work 2-4 weeks....not looking forward to it but needs to be done if not will get worse.. Then June is my TT!!! This must be my year for surgery! Shannon PS.I have a very good friend coming to take care of me for a few days!!!

I am sorry to hear that you have to have that type of surgery. Hopefully things will get better for you. Good news about having a friend take care of you.. Is your DH not a good nurse?? LOL

Shannon, Good luck with everything. We will be limping around together I guess! Being overweight plays heck on everyones body. You will do so much better recovering at a healthier weight. Wendy

Good luck with both surgeries Shannon.... I am glad that you have someone that can stay with you. It wouldn't be good to be home by yourself after such a surgery. I will keep you in my prayers that all goes well. Shawn M.
