Hi Shannon, I haven't posted in so long but when I read your thread/post, I knew I had to. I'm sorry to hear about you needing surgery. You've come such a long way and look so great. I love the pic of you and your jeans. It's really a great motivator. Keep your thoughts on the Pro's not the con's of having a surgery and you'll do so great the medical team will be stunned at how awesome you do! Whatever you need, let me know. That's cool you have a great friend to take care of ya....if she cooks something really good you'll have to invite me over . How major is the hip surgery? Is it gonna make it harder on your tt surgery? I hope it all goes smooth for ya, up your protein so you'll heal faster. Hugs Linda
