Longest Plateau

Hi, Its me again.... Was wondering what the "longest" plateau that everyone was on and still kicked back into weight loss. I have serious lung issues w/asthma so Im on and off steroids and it really sets me into plateaus.. I hate it. Anyways, Thanks for sharing~~Have a good day!!

I think there was a time for about 4 months that I stopped losing and was sure that was it for me but then I took off and started losing again. Sometimes plateaus can be tough but just hang in there. Holly W

Are you saying there's still hope? I Have'nt lost in 3 months now. How far out were you when you stopped losing for 4 months? What did you do to get it going again? I'm getting really frustrated with it. Thank you. God bless, Annette

I suppose after reading the other posts mine hasnt been that long but for just over 30 days I didnt lose a single lb. I finally lost 4 lbs in March and I am happy to see the weight continue to go down.Good Luck to you!!
