rogaine for women
Now i am not complaining because i love my new lease on life...but i really did get thin in the front of my hair.......some came back......but it is still thin........has anyone used rogaine for women? would love to know your feedback etc.........thanks rae (and yes i am eating my protein etc....grin)
My mom was told by a doctor to use Rogaine (she didn't have surgery but is losing her hair - old age I guess). Her hairstylist and several others told her to NOT use Rogaine. Reason being - it works, but when you stop the medication/treatment, your hair goes away again. Therefore, it's something that you will probably have to take forever. Every stylist she has talked to about the Rogaine has told her to use Nioxin instead.
I myself have used Nioxin (about once or twice a week) since before surgery. I did have hair loss and my hair is FINE...it's always been fine. In the past few months I have really noticed how much hair had fallen out and how thin my hair became. But at my last visit to get my hair trimmed, my stylist found that I have new growth. I don't know if this could be contributed to the Nioxin or not.

Hi Stacey--thanks for the feedback...i will keep it in mind! how am doing great with the tt and arm recovery of last Oct. my arms are still tender........the tummy tuck was a breeze but the arms were a definite issue when it came to discomfort.....but i would do it again without hesitation........it is so great to have clothes fit better. I start in May on the lower body....if i dont get arrested for my pants falling down first........with my tummy so flat and my waist sucked in, and my bottom still big it is hard to get pants to fit.........so now the waist just gapes.......but a small price to pay for feeling so much better! he is just the best! I hope you are doing well and recovered and enjoying life! hug rae
