Good luck! We will be doing the surgical shuffle together tomorrow as I am having my plastics in the am also! So post when you feel better and let us know how it all is going! I will be thinking of all of you newbies this week alot. The journey is just beginning for you all, it is so exciting! When the tough spots come during the next couple of months, just remember this......it will pass and you will be soooooooooo happy you did this when the weight is off. Lots of luck , Wendy
