Traverse City Walking Group

Was last night when we were supposed to meet? I am sorry I forgot. I was so tired and came home from work and took a nap. Hope to see everyone at support group next Monday. Lynn

Hi,since it was raining I didn't think we would walk. I guess I should have posted this. Nan

I was out of town until earlier this afternoon so I wouldn't have been there. Are we meeting next Monday? I will have my first session with my personal trainer that morning so I will be nice and crippled for the walk, lol.
