Peanut Butter That Is Extremely Low Fat

So I ordered this peanut butter online that is very low fat. 2.8 grams per 2 TBLSPNS versus the 14 or so grams in regular peanut butter. It's a powder and you have to add water, but it is so worth it. I thought for sure it was going to suck when I bought it, but it's really good. Now I can make peanut butter cookies that are virtually fat free especially since I found a recipe that doesn't use any butter. Yum. I also experimented yesterday and made a protein shake with the powder, skim milk, and a banana. Just wanted to share with you all. Here's the link to where I bought it from. http://www.bellplantation.com/new/cart3/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=2&zen id=f2f121a6f3d7cc28bd31bf249a561dbc Oh, I also bought those tofu noodles that someone posted about last week. I have yet to try them, but they look decent enough.
