Whether we like it or not

Kevin cannot post here anymore. There's no reason to start anything or to act childish. The reasons for this board is for support and that's what i intend to do. I know how to stay in touch with kevin and plan on doing so and i hope you all do too. No matter what OH thinks, Kp is a wonderful man and a great friend. I can tell you all how to get intouch with him if you need or i can give you the site where he posts. So let's not get in an uproar, i'm sure kevin wouldn't want that. We have a lot of newbies who need our insight and support just like we all needed at one time. No matter how mad any of us are over him being banned, there's nothing we can do about it. hugs Linda

That is really quite sad. I joined this board for a reason, for people to tell me how it is about this surgery and process not to beat around the bush. I have enjoyed his openess and honesty even if it is brutal. It's too bad that people can't see that he is a great asset and inspiration to have on this board. In my opinion if anyone is acting childi****'s the people that got Kp banned and the ones who actually did the banning (don't know the whole story of who, what, or why). We are all adults here and if someone can't handle responses from certain people or whatever the reason is.... well then don't read their posts, don't respond, etc... How hard is that? Anyways, I would be interested in the other site he is at? Is it another bariatric site? ~~Rona

Rona i totally agree, but it won't do any good to those of you who need help in this journey to get the board in an uproar. We are all adults and make our own choices. I know that it is sad that anyone is banned for being supportive, from what he told me in an email, it had nothing to do with the Mi. board, at least not from what he told me. I do agree If you don't like what someone says, you have the option of NOT reading it or responding. I respond very little now unless I can give support or it is something I feel strongly about. As they say opinions are like ******** we all have them.....LOL. I am sure if you need to you can email him if you need added support. A very sad day on the michigan board!!!! I don't know kp personally or all thats going on .But have peeked in on the board from time to time looking for his reply for the day . I for one will miss him . Hugs sue

nicely said. although i'm sure there are things we could do about it but i'm not sure kevin would want us to. I've talked my way out of moderation before and i think it would be amazing if they refused to give KP another chance if enough of us pleaded.

This is all fresh news to me. I do not know the whole situation but I do know that KP is a true value to this forum. I would love to be able to visit where he is at. I am off to finish catching up with the forum.
