Pain on my left side

For about the past week I have had a sharp pain in my left side. It feels a lot like if you were running and got that pain..you know the one I mean. I just comes and goes, but it comes and goes daily. I am a year out and haven't really had any major problems, and I am wondering if anyone has had anythign simular.

Me and it's still going on. To date no doctor has been able to figure out what is wrong with me. I have had 2 surgeries to try and correct the problem, but they have not worked. Each person is different when it comes to pain and location of pain, etc., so my pain is not your pain. However, talk to your surgeon or your general physician and let them know you have concerns and you feel something is not right. Generally when we think something isn't right, it's not. Don't let it go because it could be something serious. I hope your pain goes away and you get it all figured out. Good luck. I should say that I have had 4 corrective surgeries total and the first two times my pain (similar to what I am experiencing now) turned out to be adhesions and twisted intestine.

Check out the WLS graduate board, I just found it myself and I have had simular issues but mine is more central in my abdoman. I hope this helps.---Toni
