Hi Dennis, I'm going to Vegas in May to get married....we're only going to be there 2 days. What I wondered about was taking my protein powder on the plane. Does anyone know if I'll have a problem with it in my checked luggage? Sorry to butt in on your post, but it's a great question.....I've thought about what to eat and worried about the endless buffets of fried food! Have a good trip! Brenda

We'll be there Memorial Day weekend...May 25-27th. Thanks for the congrats.....we've never been to Vegas before. I have heard that the buffets are good because they have a lot of roasted food and salads. I guess they will make money on us, since we won't eat much, huh?

If you cant get them on your carry on you can always pack them in your checked luggage. I went to Vegas 6 weeks after my surgery and I packed protein bars, and snacks that I knew I could have. I ate at some of the buffets. I mean what else is there in Vegas to eat? I just ate the salads mostly. I watched what I ate, and how much I was eating. Those are the best tips I can give you Suzanne P.S. It is good to see you posting Dennis.
