CORI...Barix...I am an old patient and don't even know where to call!

I have been off this board for quite awhile. I heard that CORI was no longer...then when I googled them today I found out that they merged with Barix? I guess I have been under a rock here. I have always felt like one of CORI's forgotten patients, as Dr. Sapala did my surgery just before he moved to NY. I followed up a few times with the other doctors, but have my PCP here in Lansing doing labs, etc here now. BUT...if the clinic is no longer, I would like to know where my medical record is and how I might get a copy of it! Any input would be appreciated! Amy

I'm with you! I'm a Sapala patient too. I haven't gotten my records but I think the hospital where you had the surgery may be a good start. You could get the surgery report from there and then ask where you might be able to get the rest. Hope this helps. Holly W
