Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT rush out to buy these things. I bought 8 bags before I left the Detroit area because I haven't found them here in Traverse City. I thought that if I loved them I didn't want to not have them in the house. Big mistake. YARF! They were the most nauseating things in the world and I like tofu. The texture alone was enough to make me shudder all night long. Not to mention the smell when you open the bag up. I'm shuddering just thinking about it. I don't eat enought pasta in one sitting for it to really make a difference anyway. 4 bites and I am generally full.

Those remind me of some "healthy" pasta I bought from QVC. I got about 20 bags and the stuff tasted horrible. I had waited too long and couldn't return them so in the garbage they went. I don't eat more than a couple bites of pasta so that won't hurt me a bit.

Julie, I tried the "noodles" too. ICK!!! BLUCK!! Just wondering.....does anyone know why pasta doesn't agree with the pouch in some people? Most things don't bother me, but pasta, even whole wheat, just gives me pain. Anyway.....unless you LOVE tofu, skip the noodley things.

Sorry, one more sort of hijack on Julie's post. I use this recipe all the time for dressing. I'm very picky, and hate tofu, but this is honestly good. http://www.foodnetwork.com/food/recipes/recipe/0,,FOOD_9936_14311,00.html?rsrc=search
