Important!! Bay City Support Group!

First~ A reminder that group is the 3rd week this month because of Easter. So we will have group on the 18th at Phyllis G.'s in Frankenmuth. If you need directions please let her or I know. Second~(a) You all have an assignment, YES you heard me right, and assignment! I want everyone to go to the wls graduate board and read the thread "Discussion: Maintenance" It is a couple of pgs. so please make sure you read it all. This will be our topic this month. I am going to be diligent at keeping us on task with this topic. I haven't felt so passionate about something in a long time.(b) While you are reading this VERY interesting info. I want you all to write down at least 1 question, answer or comment you have about this thread and bring it to group. Third~ If you haven't been to our group or you haven't been in a while this month is a good time to start. EVERYONE is welcome. We have a very warm, wonderful and excepitng group. Mary Jo, The board is here on OH you just need to go to the top of the page and put your arrow on the word fourm and a screen will drop down and just look for wls graduates and click on it. I know a couple of people had mentioned picking you up, I am sure one of them will post and let you know. Good luck ----Toni

Toni: I'm going to need directions. Not sure what my schedule is going to be like for next week. But I'll be there if I can. I printed the Discussion about Maintenance and loved it!! Lots of great information there and such a wonderful group of women supporting each other. You mentioned trying to do better with your sleep habits. I just got the Health magazine from BCBS in the mail today and it's got a full spread on getting better sleep. I'll bring it for you. See you next week! Pam
