Toni, I've yet to read the link you posted, but I'm going to as soon as I click off of this. I know blackstrap molassas is supposed to be great, and since my iron is low, I'm definately gonna check it out seriously. Thanks for the info!

I really would like to try this. I'm going to check it out. I'm a liitle worried about the sugar content because sugar still messes with me terribly.

I worried about that too! I don't do sugar. Suprisingly it only has 12gr per tablespoon. (refined sugar is 9per teaspoon). If that is to much for you, take 1/2 at a time. But it doesn't bother me at all and I am really sensitive to sugar. Molasses is a by product of refined sugar, actual it is all of the GOOD nutirents that are taken out of sugar cane during it's processing. Go figure, They take out the good stuff and save the bad. No wonder we are an obese nation
