Is there anyone that has had their experience at the Barix Clinic???

Hi, I am in Gennesee County and am looking forward to having the lapband surgery. I have been researching on the internet and am curious if anyone has had any experience or their surgery at any of the Barix Clinics, and if so can you share it with me? I am so excited and yet I do have a few fears of the unknown. Any posts would be helpful. Thank you. Patti.

There are many of us that have had ours done there....I had RNY done a week ago tomorrow...Not really sure what you would like to know so give me more ideas of what you would like to know.....and I would be glad to help....

I had my Laprny at Barix in Yspilanti and I had a very good experience during my stay. The nurses and helper nurses & the respiratory people were amazzing. The staff made my visit very warm and and comfortable. The Doctors are incredible an ddo wonders. tell us some of your fears and specific questions and some of us can help you. Ciao Elisa

I am post op 3 wks from lap rny... I spent a lot of time researching where and who to see ...The barix clinics are the top in the nation , they have the lowest infection and post op complacation rates in the state this yr they just received an award for this. The other thing I like is this is all they deal with most everyone has been great!!!
