What brand name is the protein shake? Sounds delicious, can't wait, I still have some chocolate protein, I might have to try it now! I am definitely going to start playing around now so I know what taste good and what doesn't.

Just a heads up, I loved 2 of the proteins prior to surgery but couldn't even stand the smell after surgery so if possible get samples at first. I have read so many peopel havign this same issue and the cost can get pretty high, so if you can get the samples try that first. I still have a HUGE container of the pina colada one and hate it now. Not trying to tell you to NIT buy the protein but as many of us do, we plan and plan trying to be ready but then having a ton of stuff we can't tolerate or don't like anymore. Which is funny, reading so many post over this past year, people tend to start liking things or things they once loved make your stomache turn in knots. Just a heads up.

I didn't have surgery with Dr. Kam, but worked in recovery at his former hospital. He is awesome! He's one of those surgeons that are so rare. He's incredibly competent and easy to deal with. His patients loved him, so I'm confident you are in good hands! (I wish my insurance would cover me to go to him...alas)
