Okay.. so I'm winding down to by surgery date.. I'm scheduled to have surgery on April 26th.. The day after my Birthday. (why do I feel like I'm about to cry.. i was pissed off 10mins ago) ANYWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!********** I have been having real CRAZY MOOD SWINGS.. I thought this stuff only happend to women... I can do from being pissed to being sad.. to being horny.. to being depressed.. and then it cycles.. IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH ME??? I try to stay calm.. the littlest things will TICK me off.. and then I can be sad real quick.. the other day i was watching an old episode of The Facts of Life when Mrs. Garrette was going to get married and move to Africa.. why the hell was I reaching for a box of tissue.. OH MY GOD... that settles it.. I'm officially NUTS!

If you think this is bad, Just wait until about 4-6wks after surgery.....LOL. Really it is VERY normal. You are morning your best friend....FOOD! You are afraid that your will never eat normal again, well it is not true. The truth is once you are past your honnymoon stage and between 2-3 yrs out. you are sooo back to normal as far as your eating abilites, it is scary. My best advice is all the rules you learn now, you need to live by the rest of your life, if you understand that now, it will make your journey much easier. This is just a tool to help us loose it is up to US to keep it off. It is and will always be hard work, but it is sooo worth it. So please don't let this scare you, I just want you to know some of the things many of us oldtimers where never told in the begining, we have had to learn the hard way, we really didn't have anyone to really look to for answers or advice. We were kinda like the blind leading the blind....LOL. Well good luck to you on your journey to better health and the losing side of life. God Bless and take care----Toni PS the biggest secret is to EXERCISE!!!
