My new diet plan
well am going to try and eat better and lose some of this weight while am waiting went shopping today with my daughter she also wants to lose about 30 pounds , I bought some slim fast drinks for when am busy on the go..and cant eat right ,then I got stuff for salads and fruits meat vegies ..trying to write everything down to .
I want to stay under 1500 calories ..I think I been eating like 3000 a day !!
anyway am going to try my best ..I been a crancky old laddie today ..feel like I am stopping smoking ..lol
anyway am going to focus on doing the best I can ...

I figure I already had 800 all day and am making stuffed pepers for supper that shouldn't be to bad .

That's a good idea. It might actually make the transition a little easier when you have the surgery. When I was reading your post I thought of something that may be helpful for you. It's called fitday.com and it helps you track your food and weight loss. You may have heard of it but if not you should check it out. Good luck.

good idea, if you lose weight it will greatly lower the risks of surgery and make it easier for the surgeons to do their job. the healthier you are the lower the risks. the thinner you are the easier it is for them to perform the surgery.
my first attempt at surgery my liver and gallbladder were in the way and they aborted the surgery. i got a new surgeon and he had me do a liquid diet for two weeks, i lost 20lbs, and more importantly my liver shrunk and he was then able to do the surgery laprascopically with no complications.
congratulations on your decision to get healthy now and not wait. wise. very wise.
