went today for follow up

I am only down 13 lbs. by their scales, and I get pureed food now... I seen Carey today and we had a great visit and I seen Elisa as I was coming out I hope she got great news like myself......Just wanted to let you all know how I am doing.......

Hey Crystal Great seeing you today!! you looked good! So I am down 14 pounds since surgery and 19 pounds since Consult. Dr Kam and Mary both said I am doing well I can go on to purees also and I can start back at the gym so I already called my trainer and we are back on this Friday!! I will be there on Wednesday though just doing some cardio. I can also go back to boxing I am so excited. Thats the scoops for now... O btw I drove there and back home by myself.. The wind on the way home was torture.... But arrived alive... Ciao Elisa

What do you mean "only" 13 pounds???? Girl that is more than a pound a day!!!! When was the last time you lost that much weight that fast???? Congrats on the loss!!!!! That is wonderful!!!!!! Can't wait to meet you Wednesday at the meeting!!!! Hugs Judy
