my day went pertty well...
I planed what I was going to eat ..at one point I was really hungry then my husband told me about a show he watched this morning , called the snack diet ..the point is its 6 or 8 small snacks a day like every 3 hrs plan a snack and thats about when I get hungry plus I was thinking that would be better cause its cutting down my portion sizes plus am eating better ..
I have ended up with about 1400 cal today ...so at least am doing better ....
