1st checkup is tomorrow!!

I sure hope that I am as lucky as some of you that have gotten to go onto the pureed stage. I am supposed to be on liquids for three weeks! Its killing me. I sure didn't realize how difficult this first stage would be. I am looking forward to the way this WLS will change my life. Any info you can provide will be great.

so you just had surgery , how are you feeling ? what kind of diet did you have to go on before surgery ? and you said you have been on only liquids sence surgery ? am just interested on all this cause am having surgery may11 am so excited ...how long were you in the hospital ? Sherry

Hi Tracey! Welcome to the losing side! Just think of yourself as a "newborn" baby...you don't want to advance too quickly and risk being sick, hurting yourself...or not losing the quickest way possible! Just stick to the rules and you'll do well! I'm over three years out, so its been a while since I was in your shoes.
