Hi, Yeah it went good. They just went over everything like diet and exercise before and after, and set me up with the food for the next 2 weeks. I was actually down 20 lbs. since my last visit. I was happy with that. I go back next week for a product check and go over my labs then I will be all set for surgery the next week. Alan

well am glad everything went well,did u pick out your food today or do u have to order it ? thats great losing 20 pounds ..now was you on the same food when you lost the 20 pounds ?or did thay give u somthing else ? your getting so close am so happy for you ... Sherry

I picked it out today. You will place your order and they will have it ready before you leave. Yeah, I have lost it on their products. I have been on their products since the 6th. Dr Foote wanted me on it a little longer than the normal 2 weeks. Alan
