Started Purees this week and nervous!!!

What you're eating is fine. As long as you keep doing great on your water and protein everything falls into place. I plateaued at 3 weeks out, after adding carbs. But it's normal til after your body gets used to them. Just be patient and it will come off, it doesn't all happen overnight. I weighed, and still do, every single morning so i can't say nothing to you there LOL . If you do gain a pound or two, it's either water weight, or no bowel movents, or period time. You can't eat enough to hurt you at this stage. Good luck on your journey.
