Hi Carey!!!!!!!! i am still in Costa Rica.........will be home again in about another week..........have had a good time with the students etc.......but i am ready to come home.........how are you doing? i was reading in some of the previous posts that your back is giving you probs? have you thought maybe about an epidural to help relieve the pain by taking downthe swelling (if it is around the nerve root--which it sounds like from your description? i hope you are feeling better...take care of yourself.....hug rae
