6 MONTH CHECKUP TODAY

Well today was my 6 month checkup and I am happy to say I am now down 92.5 pounds!!!!!!! My bp is 110/70, my blood work is great and the only thing I have to do is drink more water!!!! I am on the dehydrated side right now. But otherwise I am doing great!!!! My next goal is to be down another 50 pounds by October 23rd when I go for my 1 year checkup. I feel great and I wish I would have done this WLS sooner!!! Had lunch with Eileen today and had a good time with her!!! She is looking good!!! She gave me a bag of clothes and I will look at them tomorrow to see what fits or not. So exciting to have some new clothes!!!!! Going to the dr for my finger tomorrow so need to get to bed. Thankyou to all who have been here for me to support me through this amazing journey!!!! Hugs Judy
