Judy, It sure doesn't seem like 6 months have gone by since your surgery! Congrats to you. You are a great example of what can happen when you follow what you're supposed to do both pre and post op. Keep up the good work! Brenda

I know Brenda...This 6 months have flown by so fast!!! I told Dr Foote I was going to follow this program to a T and I have done very good at it too!!! Yes I did have things I shouldn't have had and my pouch let me know right away...Have I tried those foods again??? Heck no!!!! I learned who is boss!!!! LOL Thanks so much!!! Hugs Judy
