for me. It's been so long since I've lost weight, that I thought it was over. My nut, just jane and yvonne kept telling me I had to increase my protein, and calories. I was really afraid to increase my calories, but thats what did it. I went from between 500 and 800 calories a day to between 1100 and 1500 calories a day. I feel like I'm eating all of the time, but hey, it's working
