Have you had blood work drawn? You may want to.... I crashed badly in January and my vitamins were extremely low... dangerously low. I'd give your PCP a call. It's better to be safe than... Brandee

When do you see your surgeon? When is your first blood work scheduled? Are you staying on top of the calcium and vitamins? Can you loan me 50 bucks? Are you keeping up on the protein with shakes or are you getting it from food? Your body used its stores of energy the first month, now it is looking for new ways to take care of itself. It is still healing, it is beginning to freak because there isn't as much food coming in. So, it is trying to slow you down. As long as you are giving it what it needs to repair itself, including more rest, you should be fine. However, your surgeon and program should be able to give you the best advice, call "em up! Just kidding about the $50.

I see the surgeon on may 7th for 6wk follow up and labs .....I always get one chew vit in but sometimes forget to take the 2nd.....I always get my protein in with a mix of it from food and shakes... my eyes are green and my blood type is O+. lol That makes perfect sense Jane but you know I just hate to slow down.... oh well Thanks

Hey Jenny I started taking a liquid B complex this week and feel it has helped with my energy levels. B-12 sublingual from GNC should be fine I have some on hand just in case I start to lose energy. I also started back at the gym last Thursday and I find I am wiped afterwards... So its all trial and error. Keep on taking those vitamins they are key as we are not getting anything else in to keep that up. I take one in the morning and and one in the evening. You are doing great... Keep taking those vitamins... ELisa
